TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are official commitments between the service provider and the teacher.

  • You understand that Home Tutor is a tuition website and it facilitates Home Tuition, School Teacher, Coaching Institute Teacher, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Music Teacher and other tuition jobs through its platform and other resources as per your interest and expertise. Provides. will provide.
  • Registration is free but a fee of Rs 99 is charged for verification only in case of home tutor/hobby tutor/part-time teaching jobs. No verification fee is charged from teachers applying for full-time teaching jobs in schools and colleges. If you are not offered any tuition for Trail in the next 40 days, you can withdraw your registration amount.
  • You authorize Home Tutor to collect the first month's payment on your behalf in exchange for home tuition. You are not allowed to collect money from parents for the first month of running tuition after successful trail classes. You agree that I bear the entire tax liability for this payment. You understand and agree that Home Tutor will deduct its commission (as well as applicable taxes, if any) from the payments received.

The commission is mentioned exactly below.

  • Home tuition 50% of first month.
  • Teaching jobs 50% of first month.
  • Request home tuition for a fixed period, less than or equal to 2 months - 25% of the first month.

The following official commitments will be valid only in case of home tuition jobs

  • You are ready to offer a one-day free trial at the customer's location. After one day trial the company will tell you whether to continue the tuition or not.
  • You must carry one valid ID proof (Adhar Card, Voter Id Card, Passport, Driving License) during the trail class.
  • At the end of the first month, you will receive the remaining 50% from the customer.
  • The details of parents, number of classes per month, hours and fees will be mentioned by the company officials in the text message or application software. You may receive information that is proprietary to Home Tutor. You understand and agree that the confidential information received will be used by you only for the benefit of Home Tutor and for the purpose of providing tuition.
  • Payment will be made at the end of the month based on the number of classes taken. From the second month.
  • You can collect payment from parents at the end of the second month and continue collecting money until you provide tuition service at the customer's location. If you wish to discontinue tuition you must inform the company one week before discontinuing tuition.
  • You are not allowed to miss tuition during the student's examination period.
  • In case of long holidays you can let the company know so that the company can arrange for a new tutor in your place (if required).
  • Except for trail classes, you will always be paid for the number of classes conducted at the student's location. The company will guarantee that first month's payment.
  • You understand and agree that the relationship between Home Tutor and you will not be considered an employer and employee relationship.
  • You understand that the final decision to select a particular student for tuition is yours and yours alone.
  • You understand and agree that You will tutor Student only when at least one parent is present in the home. The Company will not be responsible for any accident/accident or damage occurring at the student's location.
  • We believe that all documents and details submitted by you to Home Tutor are yours and true. You allow us to share your documents and details with the customer if necessary for cross verification or any legal proceedings.
